Added: Local law enforcement was in charge of Trump's building security. "Local" service, etc., are the one's the Trump campaign never pays, or repays, for his added security costs, etc. Local police claimed they couldn't afford extra security personnel. Blamed Secret Service for their own lack of building security per: their assignment, however they took full credit for all traffic control in and around the Butler, PA show ground. Except the building part of course.
